Position Overview

We are currently hiring an experienced Assembly Technician for a growing manufacturing team in Tulsa. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for motivated individuals who want to grow with a company and enjoy working in a collaborative, goal-driven environment. The Assembly Technician will be responsible for assembling and testing mechanical and electrical components, interpreting technical documentation, and ensuring all safety and quality standards are met.

Required Experience & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Proven work experience in mechanical assembly and electrical wiring
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Familiarity with riveting and assembly of mechanical components
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs as needed
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and prolonged periods of standing or sitting

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

As an Assembly Technician , your responsibilities will include:
• Using tools to build or repair parts and products
• Interpreting technical documents such as schematics, blueprints, or verbal instructions
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Meeting all company and industry safety standards
• Assisting with repair and maintenance tasks
• Documenting test procedures, results, and observations
• Riveting and assembling electrical and mechanical components
• Using critical thinking and problem-solving to resolve issues as they arise

Physical Demands & Work Environment

This is a safety-sensitive position, which includes tasks that may affect the safety or health of the employee or others. Responsibilities may involve:
• Handling, packaging, processing, storing, or transporting hazardous materials
• Operating motor vehicles, machinery, or power tools
• Monitoring or maintaining critical systems, utilities, or manufacturing equipment
• Working with potentially flammable, combustible, or volatile materials
• Performing assembly tasks requiring frequent standing, bending, squatting, and climbing throughout 95% of a typical shift

Preferred Education

• High School Diploma or GED
