**Job Summary** The Barista is responsible for advanced food preparation, meal service coordination, and ensuring food safety compliance in a healthcare setting. This role performs complex food service duties, including specialized meal preparation, oversight of food distribution, and adherence to dietary and sanitation regulations. Barista may also assist in training junior staff, monitoring kitchen operations, and ensuring quality control of meals served to patients, staff, and visitors. **Essential Functions** + Deliver an exceptional guest experience, connecting with guests to deliver qualityhandcrafted beverages and food during all hours of operations, prioritizing theguest's needs over task. Uphold and maintain the execution of the Food and + Beverage Standards, and food safety standards. + Greet customers as they enter + Give customers drink menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients + Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend,dairy and sugar ratios) + Prepare beverages following recipes + Serve beverages and prepare food, like Sandwiches, cookies, pastries andmuffins + Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards) + Keep the bar area clean + Maintain stock of Food, Chemical, and Paper supplies + Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenanceneeds + Comply with health and safety regulations + Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items **Qualifications** + H.S.
