Job Description

This is a remote position. We are looking for a highly organized and client-focused   Event Travel Consultant   to coordinate travel arrangements for corporate events, conferences, group meetings, and incentive trips. This role blends logistics expertise with personalized service to ensure every aspect of the travel experience is smooth, cost-effective, and tailored to the event's needs. You’ll work closely with event planners, vendors, and clients to manage everything from flights and accommodations to group transportation and on-site travel support. Key Responsibilities: Plan and book travel for individuals and groups attending corporate events, meetings, or incentive programs Coordinate with clients to understand travel requirements, budgets, and timelines Manage air, hotel, ground transportation, and other logistics for attendees Liaise with hotels, DMCs (destination management companies), and service providers to negotiate group rates and manage reservations Provide accurate travel documentation and itineraries to participants Offer real-time support before and during events to ensure a seamless travel experience Stay informed on travel policies, restrictions, and vendor contracts Qualifications: Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and client service abilities Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines Familiarity with group travel planning or event coordination is a plus Comfortable using travel booking platforms and productivity tools A proactive problem-solver with a calm, professional demeanor Benefits: Flexible remote work options Access to travel perks and industry events Opportunities for professional development and travel training Supportive team culture focused on collaboration and excellence
