Tag's Hometown Bar & Grill is in search of experienced Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will be part of an exciting atmosphere where sports, great food, and fantastic service come together!

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff promptly
• Serve food and drinks to guests with professionalism and attention to detail
• Anticipate guest needs and address any concerns or special requests promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining area, and server station
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Upsell menu items and promote current specials and promotions
• Handle guest payments accurately and efficiently, including processing cash and credit transactions
• Work collaboratively with team members to provide excellent service and support a positive work environment

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Server in a high-volume restaurant or sports bar setting
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including specials and promotions
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must be 18 or older
• Must maintain currrent TABC and Food Handler's Certificate
