Leading Medical Group in Connecticut looking to hire\
Hematology-Oncology Nurse Practitioner, Advance Practice Provider and/or Physician Assistant for Outpatient setting\
\
NP or PA will join a mission driven team that serves their patients needs in Hartford, CT area\
\

Providers Role with the Company:\
-Administer advanced nursing care for chronically or crucially ailing cancer patients\
-Assess and provide appropriate interventions\
-Prescribe medication and manage symptoms \
-Effectively communicates with patient and families\

Background Profile:\
-Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Practitioner/AOCNP, Nurse -Practitioner/NP, Advance Practice Provider/APP or Physician Assistant/PA\
-1 year or more of oncology experience is ideal\
-License and Board Certification in state of Connecticut or pending\
\
