Learn more about us at Key Responsibilities - Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC/R systems in both residential and commercial environments.
- Provide top-tier customer service and maintain professional communication with clients.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant codes and safety standards.
- Keep accurate records of service calls, diagnostics, repairs, and parts used.
- Collaborate with dispatch and team members to maximize efficiency and workflow.
- Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle and inventory.
- Use mobile apps or tablets for scheduling, reporting, and diagnostics.
Required Qualifications - 5+ years of HVAC/R field service experience (residential and commercial preferred)
- EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal)
- Valid Driver's License with a clean record
- Strong knowledge of HVAC/Refrigeration systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Diagnostic equipment and Job tools required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with digital tools, including service apps and tablets
Preferred Qualifications - OSHA, Fall Protection, Lift certifications (a plus)
- Manufacturer-certified training or technical certifications
- Customer service experience and a friendly, professional demeanor
- Knowledge of Variable Speed, and Communicating Systems

Schedule - Full-Time
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional Overtime as Needed
- On-call Service rotation required
Work Location - Based in S.W. Florida with service across residential and commercial job sites
