Indiana Business Development/Director of Sales and Marketing

We’re searching for an experienced Business Development professional to lead our Indiana team as the Director of Sales and Marketing in the Title Insurance industry. What You’ll Do:

  • Be a Sales Leader: As a Title Insurance Sales Agent, you’ll build strong relationships with real estate professionals, lenders, and clients, educating them about the importance of Title Insurance in property transactions.
  • Develop New Business Opportunities: You’ll actively seek out fresh opportunities to grow the business, staying ahead of market trends to ensure we’re always one step ahead.
  • Make Networking Fun: Attend real estate-themed events and networking opportunities where you’ll showcase your skills while making genuine connections. While also planning and throwing our own in-house networking events you can invite potential clients to.
  • Strategize and Plan for Success: Develop and implement growth-focused strategies that ensure your team’s success. Your planning will shape the company’s future!
  • Enhance Our Market Presence: You’ll be at the forefront of expanding our company’s social media profile across Indiana, ensuring that our brand stands out as a top resource in the real estate industry.

 

Qualifications We’re Looking For:

  • A Title Insurance License is a must
  • Experience in Title Insurance Sales (preferred)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • You’re a self-starter who thrives in goal-oriented environments
