Job Title: IT Project Manager
Location: Remote (Canada) Candidate must reside in Canada
6+ months

Once in a month travel to Sacramento, CA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and close projects according to deadlines and within budget
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution
• Develop detailed project plans, track milestones, and report progress to stakeholders
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, and changes to ensure project success
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams
• Ensure all projects comply with company standards and regulatory requirements
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
• Minimum 10+ years' experience managing projects, preferably in large enterprise applications
• Proven ability to manage projects remotely and coordinate virtual teams
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Proficient with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
