Job Description

Acara Solutions is looking for Machine operators to work with our partner out in Sauk Rapids who specializes in semiconductor capital equipment .

Here is what you will get:

Pay Rate: $16.73 to $22.60/hr

Here is what you will do: 

• Perform basic set-ups and operate machines in more than one assigned area 
• Operate complex equipment and machines in a safe manner 
• Fit, align and adjust machines or assemblies to meet tolerances and product operating requirements 
• Work from schedules, shop orders, established procedures, blueprints, and specifications 
• Identify deviations that can potentially interrupt productivity 
• Maintain logs and other necessary documents 
• Work with direct supervision 

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year manufacturing or related work experience  
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to recognize deviation from accepted practices 
• Ability to operate a variety of machines 
• Basic understanding of related mechanics, flow control elements and MRP concepts 
• Visual acuity and manual dexterity   
• Good verbal and written communication skills 
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
