St. Mary’s College of Maryland at Historic St. Mary’s City is accepting resumes for a part-time contingent position of Mailroom Assistant, serving the Office of the Physical Plant. The Mailroom Assistant’s primary role will be in support of the campus mail room, but may be asked to help in other areas of the office. This is a part-time (20-25 hours per week) contingent position with an hourly pay rate of $15.00.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent, and at least one year of full-time employment in a responsible clerical position. Must possess computer skills. Must possess a valid Maryland driver’s license. Must be able to lift up to 70 lb. boxes. Any combination of acceptable education and experience, which has provided the necessary knowledge and skills to fulfill the requirements of this position, may be considered. Employment will be contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check.
