We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our well-established pediatric practice in Reading, PA. This full-time position offers a flexible 4-day work week and the opportunity to provide high-quality, continuity-focused care to children and families in a collaborative, supportive environment.
Position Highlights:
Schedule: 3 days per week from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM and 1 extended day from 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Seasonal Coverage: Approximately 7–8 Saturday shifts during peak winter months
Patient Population: Newborns through adolescents
Team Environment: Work alongside experienced pediatricians, NPs/PAs, and nursing staff
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary range of $120,000 – $125,000, commensurate with experience

Coverage of professional association dues and licensing fees
Requirements:
Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
National certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP or FNP with pediatric experience) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
Current and unrestricted license to practice in Pennsylvania
Pediatric experience preferred (new graduates with strong pediatric rotations are welcome to apply)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
