Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, drains, and gas lines.
Troubleshoot plumbing issues, leaks, clogs, and low pressure, and resolve them efficiently.
Read blueprints, technical diagrams, and building plans.
Respond to service calls and estimate work costs.
Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled inspections.
Follow all safety codes and regulations.
Maintain clean, organized job sites and shop.
Communicate clearly with homeowners and team members.
Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and standards.
Comfortable working independently and in a team.
Must have reliable transportation.
Good communication skills and professional presence.
Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs, kneel, crawl, and work in tight spaces.
