Commercial Roofing Service Manager Location: Norfolk, VA (Serving the Hampton Roads Region)
Salary: $90,000–$120,000 + Full Benefits & Company Vehicle

We’re working with a top-performing commercial roofing and exterior services contractor actively seeking a Service Department Manager to lead and grow their Hampton Roads service operations. This is a pivotal leadership role in a fast-moving regional office—perfect for someone ready to build out a high-performance team and deliver exceptional service that drives revenue and client retention.

What You’ll Be Doing: - Lead daily operations of the service department across the Hampton Roads region
- Hire, train, and manage service techs, managers, and administrative staff
- Set and monitor goals for safety, performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales and executive teams to grow the service line and expand market share
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and fleet maintenance
- Improve workflows using operational software like Salesforce, Procore, or equivalents
- Ensure accurate job costing, timely billing, and clear client communication
What You Bring: - 5–7 years of commercial roofing experience, including 3+ years in a service/warranty leadership role
- Hands-on knowledge of systems such as TPO, BUR, Modified, Coatings, Metal, Tile, and Shingles
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred
- Tech-savvy with tools like Microsoft Office, Procore, Salesforce (or equivalent)
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred); ability to lift 50 lbs. and work at heights
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
- Familiarity with fleet operations and maintenance a plus
Bonus Certifications (Preferred, Not Required): - OSHA 30
- CERTA
- Forklift, Rigging, Manlift, Crane CCL Training
- Manufacturer-specific certifications
