What You'll Be Doing:

Serving as the single point of contact for borrowers facing payment challenges.
Assisting borrowers with payment relief programs and foreclosure alternatives.
Gathering necessary information and advising borrowers on eligibility.
Developing workout hierarchies and negotiating repayment agreements.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Collaborating with various departments to resolve issues.
Providing empathetic and professional customer service.
What We're Looking For:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in Windows environment, MS Word, and Excel.
Excellent customer service skills (written and verbal).
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
One year of experience in loss mitigation, foreclosure, or call center environment (preferred).
